This issue of the Nordic Journal of African Studies has been coordinated by two guest editors, Professor Gregory Kamwendo and Professor Thabile Mbatha. Professor Gregory Kamwendo is Dean of The Faculty of Arts at The University of Zululand, South Africa. Professor Thabile Mbatha is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education in the Language Education Department at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. She lectures and publishes in Language teaching and learning in IsiZulu, one of the South African indigenous languages.
